Asparagus


IF you like asparagus, keep reading. This was a delicious way to eat asparagus. Jen has been making it this way for a while, and I finally tried it.


1 1/2 lbs. asparagus

1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
salt

sesame seeds


Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash and dry asparagus, cut into 1" pieces. Put them in a 9x13 pan. Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus. Sprinkle with salt, and stir. Bake for 15 minutes (mine took longer to get tender), stirring every 5 minutes. Before the last 5 minutes, sprinkle the sesame seeds over the asparagus.
