You have probably all made these, but just in case:
Peel, wash and dice potatoes, toss with a little oil and 1 packet of onion soup mix. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees til done and slightly crispy.
One of our favorites to go along with grilled chicken or pork chops, or any meat.

Love the love cake, the blueberry pancakes are a sad reminder that I fed my kids Krusteaz blueberry pancakes the other day, and thanks for the reminder of these yummy potatoes. I can't remember the last time I made these potatoes.
YUM! I've never tried it with the soup mix!! That sounds really good!
