baby food carrot muffins (healthy!)

2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
4 eggs
1 cup applesauce
1/4 cup oil
2 containers baby food carrots
1/4 cup splenda (can replace splenda with another dropperfull or so of the stevia)
2 dropperfulls liquid stevia (health food store)
1 cup raisins
Combine all ingredients and fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Check these out-- They are good for you AND they taste good. I'd say that's a win win. My two year old even loves them!

I really needed a healthy breakfast idea, thanks! And I've never heard of stevia, I'll have to look into it.
